Hi @subhash27 , can you try passing the input (frequency, recency, etc...) in a pandas dataframe? refer to https://lifetimes.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Quickstart.html

@spiritofpigeon , i don't think you can install this library with `conda`, `conda install` is available for `lifelines` though, do `pip install lifetimes` in your conda environment, hope that helps,
