机器人消息带的链接添加可选浏览器打开

 read这个链接只能在右侧弹出一个窗口，而不能在浏览器打开。这个窗口太小了，难以使用。改成可选浏览器打开会很方便。其它链接是可以在浏览器打开的。

Add hooks before download and after download.

我们想在下载前或者下载后加一些东西，比如保存整个url。或者针对不同的状态码做不同的处理，比如3xx的重定向，5xx时重试等。

很多文档都是 swagger 自动生成的，能复用的话会减少很多维护压力。
