Question about aatype passed to AF2 structure module during design

For the soft or logit design phase, how is the aatype information passed to AF2 structure module?

I believe that part needs discrete amino-acid identities in order to assign frames for all the torsions, etc.. I believe that since the pLDDT loss also depends on the state from the structure module, the aatype input would impact the pLDDT values as well.
