ColabDesign ColabDesign RFdiffusion FileNotFoundError

Not sure I am getting this error, I don't seem to get it consistently either. But right now I am getting this error consistently.

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'outputs/traj/binder_0_pX0_traj.pdb'

Thanks for report! Looks like the issue is with rfdiffusion weights, the provided links by uw/ipd no longer work.

eg: http://files.ipd.uw.edu/pub/RFdiffusion/6f5902ac237024bdd0c176cb93063dc4/Base_ckpt.pt

I've contacted the authors to see if we can get alterative links!

@sokrypton I have noticed that this error message pops up if a custom pdb is provided with pdb-id="none". If a pdb ID is provided and the file is fetched from the database instead, it disappears. Could you please elaborate why this is related to rfdiffusion weights? Thanks a lot.

Nevermind there was a problem with the custom pdb file that was uploaded (wrong chain ID), that's what caused the problem. Apologies for not figuring out earlier. Thanks again for making so many tools available to the community. Keep up the good work! :)
