ColabDesign license

Thank you very much for making such valuable tools publicly available. Could you clarify the license of ColabDesign? I noticed that ColabDesign is installed as a dependency for the recently released BindCraft, and I am curious about the license for ColabDesign, particularly whether it allows for commercial use.

ColabDesign integrates lots of different protocols. The alphafold interface that bindcraft uses is licensed as BEERWARE: https://github.com/sokrypton/ColabDesign/blob/main/af/LICENSE.txt

Thank you for your prompt response. Does pip install git+https://github.com/sokrypton/ColabDesign.git install only the AlphaFold interface (af)?

I've updated license to include the entire repo. So should be fine!
