[Constraint.Projective] Make LinearVelocityProjectiveConstraint work with FreeMotionAL

Implement missing methods to work in FreeMotionAnimationLoop. --> simply took what was implemented in FixedProjectiveConstraint.

Also add a new feature to keep the constraint applied after all the key event have passed
