Add Caribou as an external fetchable plugin

New plugins are / should soon be released, and it could be nice to get them fetchable from SOFA:

  • Caribou
  • BeamAdapter

BeamAdapter is now fetchable directly from SOFA but what about Caribou @hugtalbot ?
