SofaPython3 [examples] Add a thermo-elastic example

Some issues were notice with visualization on SP3 master. Works fine with release v21.06.00.

Texture visualization with SOFA master does not work due to issue reported here: https://github.com/sofa-framework/sofa/issues/2392

To be merged after #198

hey @alxbilger you're right, this PR was awaiting the pull-request in SOFA introducing the GeometryType in the mass. the script should be slightly modified but else it will be possible to merge it.

I do the change and poke you back for a final review :+1:

However, this scene often crashes with such error:

double free or corruption (out)

########## SIG 6 - SIGABRT: usually caused by an abort() or assert() ##########

I am suspecting the engine TextureInterpolation
