watch blender talk, mostly some nodes in shading, maybe something with greeace pencil

Can't build with MSVS 2022, should I get 2019 instead maybe? I'm dumb..

There is a same problem with fbx. Not a big deal tho.  Changed "Generic data" to "Non-Color" in .OCIO and it works fine.
