Create nmap-bootstrap html report and link to in main html reports.

I'd like to add in [nmap-bootstrap-xsl](https://github.com/honze-net/nmap-bootstrap-xsl) reports to the final output and link to them in the main html reports.

Raw nmap results in the html reports cause all sorts of html issues. Need to sanitize those.
