I've restarted my vs2022 several times with font size shrunk down. It worked beautifully every single time.

Stop the mactype from the Wizard and restart your computer.

mactype比病毒还厉害，只要运行一次就可以永久生效，既不需要修改注册表也不用修改文件…… 另外最好能提供对比图，因为你给的图……看着并不模糊。
