Invalid Handle Error in Windows Event Log

This occurred while MacType was starting up after a reboot.

Nevertheless, I notice nothing wrong with MacType except these two entries in the Windows Applications Event Log.

There was an eventlog routine in MacType but it is long gone and had almost never been used.

I guess it's a system generated event.

It is weird and unpredictable. It did not occur on each reboot. But it could occur after reboot. Here's all event log about MacType I could get on my machine.
