+1 it's sad to see this project got abandoned @before , can you please add more contributors to this project?

im not familiar with software license but is it OK to duplicate this repository and go from there? (e.g. change the group and publish to maven under a different name?)

As far as I know Homebridge is JS based not sure how this python lib can be integrated

Do you use HomeAssistant? If so you can expose HomeAssistant devices to HomeKit without running Homebrdige in between

Based on the discussion it sounds like the streaming should still work in 8.2.3? Is it not working for you? I'm doing upgrade now, let's see if mine works or...

Ok ya it's broken with 8.2.3 :( I'll see if I can fix this but probably over the weekend
