Add command line switch for opening a new tab

It would be nice if extraterm could open a new tab when called via it's executable. For example, for a context menu entry.

Can this be used to turn hs110 and hs103 off and on?

I just tested this but I don't see any way to turn an hs110 or hs103 smart plug on/off? If this supported?
