I just switched to mpv-x86_64-20180721-git-08a6827 on win7. I run mpv with: ``` no-border no-osd-bar no-osc ``` I had considered IO bottlenecks due to slow disk or reading from a network...

As neither of us have any idea if this is even a general bug I'll simply close it and just use the normal OSD bar.
