a) We have made the suggested change b) The sort by feature seems to be working, except the product team is unclear what the best match is supposed to do...

We can revisit this in the future, currently on the site is a slide deck that can be easily clicked through by the user

Have a UAT prior to launch, once everything is implemented by Devs so we can get feedback

- Becomes expensive if we validate at each field, it validates after submit on second page and shows red outline indicators of incorrect fields.

Changed to Post MVP because current logic is sufficient for launch. Re-visit post MVP to have devs work on this
