Unable to connect with redis-clustr

Sorry for the late reply. I did not test Redis Cluster, yet. Did anybody get RSMQ with Redis Cluster to work? The main LUA script running could be a problem.

maxsize in rsmq.createQueueAsync not working

I created a test for this. See the commit above and could not reproduce this. Can you reproduce this behaviour?

There would have to be an option for the "listQueues" Method or another method that lists the queue length. Let me think about how to solve that in the best...
