Axial Load Applied at the Location of an Inclined Roller Support Gives Incorrect Results

If an axial load is applied at the same node at which an inclined roller support is located, then the results are blatantly wrong, with sum of loads != sum...

Add an output for elemental _displacements_

Currently, `get_element_results()["wmax"]` only gives the ELEMENTAL deflection, but not actually the TOTAL displacement along the element. We should add an additional output for total displacements along an element.
