Feature request: support some templating

It will be nice to have an option for some templating.

Currently location id is part of the product. When adding a new product, if location id is not specified, location id will be taken from the group.

Specify list of include / exclude resources for the IBM FHIR Server schema

It will be very helpful to have the ability to define which resources to include / exclude. Schema will be generated only for the included resources. Hopefully this feature will...

If not already asked (i didn't find such request), will be nice to have an option to use image link for product image.
