How about using libosmium to support pbf. https://github.com/osmcode/libosmium I try porting osm-history-importer to use current libosmium. After my work, I try to rewrite osm2pgrouting with libosmium.

It is not osm2pgrouting issue. libpqxx upstream fixed this issue in following commit: https://github.com/jtv/libpqxx/commit/da99354a2a1e9f373cda268147b7a27ac014f7b7#diff-987d68205fedd1c78d8d4bffcba2c49a

I added typescript supports after 0.5.0 release. My PR was merged at last year but @fchasen didn't release it.

I don't want to provide font in my site because I add new font if I find better font. https://github.com/osmfj/tileserver-gl-site/tree/master/fonts Predicting which fonts are available is not a concrete solution.
