Out of nowhere, I suddenly ran into this issue. I was able to resolve this by removing the chart and [re-adding](https://github.com/chartmuseum/helm-push#custom-downloader) it again

This [section](https://linkerd.io/2/tasks/securing-your-cluster/#gke) solved the issue for me without creating another firewall rule for `tap` edited: I actually still have to create a GCP firewall rule for the tap port `8089`...
