Stop creating layers with single point

@MBoustani I think we should stop creating rows with label as 1. Technically we are showing same bubble twice. Once with label 1 and then we create a new file...

As of now khooshe-ol works only with main/center map. If we zoom on side maps it fails to paint new layers accordingly.

- Add one more **optional** column to sample_points.csv - Add info column in fold/layer.csv as per bubble For example - - 0/0.csv will have number of points underneath - 4/0_0_0_0.csv...

- Add khooshe.py on pip - Add khooshe-ol.js on node
