Seems like a [DB](https://pkg.go.dev/go.mau.fi/whatsmeow#Client) needs to be hooked up for the new package. A default `sqlite` implementation is provided. Do we want to go this route or keep lookin?

I've got a WIP [PR](https://github.com/MontFerret/ferret/pull/743). It works but is this what you mean? Also, can you let me know what your development process is? I'm currently compiling after code changes...

I think the `install.sh` file is missing support for M1 macs using `arm64` arch. `uname -m` yields `arm64` on m1 macs:

Stupid question but, what is the purpose of having this sort of heirarchy?
