Windows直接用官方app不香吗，这个本来就是为了方便linux用户的。不要本末倒置了。
你这就偷换概念了，这个库本来就不是面向windows的，本来就不是windows版的代替品。只是为了方便linux命令行用户。 你上github找库当然没问题，但显然这个库并不适合你的需求。这不是库的问题，是你的问题。
默认肯定是不支持的。那些云主机的开通api都是面向DigitalOcean的
