Command prompt can't handle braille.

When I use windows command prompt this happens.  Do I need linux or mac??

Says "module webview not found.

When I run it it says "Module webview not found" and on the first line of code it requires and non-existent file

Can't play particles on forge

I've tried lots of solutions but I can't find a way to play particles on forge 1.18. Any help is appreciated!
