Choose Framerate from ROS Wrapper?

Looking at this I understand it is possible to choose the framerate of the camera, (https://slightech.github.io/MYNT-EYE-S-SDK-Guide/src/control/framerate.html)

is it possible to choose the framerate using roswrapper?
