Add 2Miners payout address

Adding the 2Miners.com mining pool payout address that is used by the payouts system (miners can mine altcoins and automatically get paid in TON).

As suggested in the README, opening an issue to add a known address. I have created a pull request [here](https://github.com/catchain/address-book/pull/49). 2Miners.com allows their miners to anonymously provide a TON address...
