No protection on 5V input

the 5V input powers a number of things on the board. Should it be protected somehow?

Fan PWM speed control should be pulled up to 5V instead of 3.3V

From K1 in the discord; > PWM fan control is open drain those fans typically have internal pull-ups to 5V the EMC23xx series controllers are 5V tolerant for open drain...

Switch C28 220uF fan capacitor to SMD ceramic if possible
