Add view or stored procedure to generate DDL scripts

I did some work here https://github.com/skopaliks/Firebird-SQL-Lib (still far away from optimal state)

Provide ability to declare variables directly in .sql scripts (to be interpreted by ISQL and substituted in appropriate places)

For me will be great if there will be possible to interact with environment variables (just text substitution like cmd do). Like INSERT INTO T(col1) VALUES(%col1%) or INSERT INTO T(col1)...
