When attempting to scroll using the track point and middle button on the new overview menu, the menu does not scroll. It does scroll when using the two finger touch...

unable to use vulkan on blender

I use the blender overlays here because otherwise the CUDA and optix things do not work, but I cannot use vulkan in blender and it shows this error
