This feature is available in the commercial version, so you need to pay to have access to it.
You need to deploy LiveKit by referring to the Chat system's README file.
Refer to the chat repository for deployment of audio and video calls, especially for the configuration of the node IP.
I recommend you update to release-v3.8. If you encounter any new issues, please reopen this issue or create a new one.
The JS SDK has been updated with a new solution and will be released this week.
Which version of the SDK are you using?
You can use IP:11001 to test if the server is available.
