The device name printed via ctx_print_test_info is not the same as the actual used device name when rdma_cm is enabled

I modified the code to print the device name through the parameters inside the `struct ibv_context`.I found the device name printed by `ctx_print_test_info` is not the same as the parameters...

ib_write_bw work normally but ib_write_bw -R failed
