FopGlyphProcessor.convertToBytesWithGlyphs() does not consider surrogate pair

**To Reproduce** 1. include apache FOP to class path 2. output text contains surrogate pair add example code to pull-request https://github.com/LibrePDF/OpenPDF/pull/592 **Expected behavior** text should be processed same as `com.lowagie.text.pdf.FontDetails#convertToBytesWithGlyphs`
