The mistake of having a FirstOf alternative be a prefix of a subsequent one is common and sometimes hard to see. It'd be great if parboiled could automatically detect these...

Essentially this optimization will allow for "early exits" in FirstOf rules. Consider this example ``` FirstOf( Sequence(A(), B(), C()), Sequence(A(), D()) ) ``` Currently parboiled will try the second alternative...
