客户端编译出来的so文件不支持蓝牙连接

@xianglin1998 @wh201906 两位大哥你们好！ 编译成功安装之后我发现无法使用蓝牙连接到pm3，但是otg连接却是一切正常，我猜想是否与native BT support有关，我想询问一下如何编译才能使client的so文件带蓝牙功能和python脚本支持功能呢
