Background color using any arbitrary value does not work

The problem has gone away when i removed `tailwindMaterialSurfaces` from plugins in `index.js`, so the problem is not in tailwind-material-colors @JavierM42

chore: arbitrary colors test & tailwind-material-surfaces 3.0.3

I really hope nothing broke in my pull requests
