questions about the output

Hi! Thank you for creating this tool, it has been very helpful. I have a pretty basic question regarding the output: in the file GT_barcodes.tsv, does the "cell" column contain SNPs for each cell or are those sequences the cell barcodes?

I have used the function GTbarcode to identify key SNPs for each sample (which has given me something like 11_43411766_A_G) but I am not sure how to obtain the SNP sequences.

I would appreciate any help
