Is the bug here that you can't access `status` or that you can't reference other tasks in a DAG (including self reference in an exit hook)?

I actually started looking at this yesterday... seems like the validator issue was somehow fixed, but the value still does not get replaced correctly. Working on this today.
Also you could have complicated templates stored on WorkflowTemplates and only referenced at runtime?
