[BARCODE SCANNER] [BUG] Doesn't ask again when permission is set to ask every time on android.

We're having the same issue, current workaround for us is to open the app settings to allow the user to change it manually.

Advertisements or whatever for dotenvx should go to stderr not stdout

Same here, this is confusing and will make us migrate away from `dotenv` as it doesn't look trustworthy if the maintainer just decides to put `console.log`'s in their **library** (!!!)...
