error when initializing the Geoparser

As a workaround I installed an earlier version of h5py after installin mordecai from pip. `pip install -I h5py==2.10.0` The eiffel tower example works fine now.

Data references are no longer given in query output

I naively reverted the local_rag_response prompt to return the data references (i.e. "This is an example sentence supported by multiple data references [Data: (record ids); (record ids)]." ...) and then...
