Less and CSS incorrectly setup in grunt

Grunt task is not pointing to the correct directories for stylesheet compilation. SASS not even present.

Jasmine need grunt-template-jasmine-requirejs with require

Grunt test task always uses Jasmine even if Mocha was selected.

Need to add in mocha option to the grunt task.
