My bad, that was my UK VPN previously, sorry. It is working if I connect to a VPN server far away from me.

@denelon It is fixed for me (Hungary, EU).

@piotrbak I can't replicate the issue for now. It seems it is fixed. If not I'll write back to you.

@TinKode I am using WUMT (Windows Update MiniTool) now (Google it). It has a bit newer release but not quite often updated also. And not open sourced, sadly.
