Another issue I ran into is that if another system has the ip assigned even if it is off it'll not set the ip and also not error out.

More complicated and I'm definitely biased, but I strongly prefer using https://uupdump.net/ to generate the ISOs without bloatware from scratch. Also, my scripts remove a lot more than just bloatware...
