I had to remove the "last team" in the project, then Remove it.

Both are `mixed` I noticed https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan/pull/7896 rn. When I add `checkImplicitMixed: true` it behaves correctly.

I think it's this https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan-src/pull/1645 which is now false by default. Was `true` on 1.8.2.

I don't know phpstan internals but setting `checkImplicitMixed: true` gives me 1.8.2 behaviour + a lot of new errors.

Is there a way to dump config so I can compare v1.8.2 vs 3?

Do you want to invest time into it? It seems it's only me so far and I'm happy with implicit mixed check enabled which also resolved this issue for me....
