The following line fails with `cp: file.tgz: No such file or directory` https://github.com/FredericJacobs/OpenSSL-Pod/blob/23a8ee9ed539dba6310e8c57ce02a368fb4aeda9/1.0.210/OpenSSL.podspec#L26 So I can't install OpenSSL pod.

I selected input and output folders, input folder contains 100+ nibs, but when I press "Convert", nothing happens. Even no progress indication. And no output files generated.
