I have just had a case where my settings.json file seems to be been corrupted for unknown reason. At this point, I have no previous settings to go back to...

Fix issue #150 "Crash when change text without selecting any entry". UpdateWebBrowser() will now return immdieately if there is no entry being selected.

When start from fresh without any entries, after changing the text size in setup, application crashes.
