My issue resolved. I again made a new project and followed each step in aws documentation as it is starting from awsmobile init command and it worked this time there...

I am also getting the same error , did u got any solution for this ? @fbartho react-native-cli: 2.0.1 react-native: 0.57.1 node: v8.11.3 npm: 5.6.0
