Email validation is missing before calling the invite API

Issue description:- If we invite a member on the settings/members screen, we should first validate that the email input field is valid or not, before calling the invite API. Reference...

The system should either ask me to make another user owner or show a proper error message instead of just telling me something went wrong if I change my role from owner to admin/member
