External Account Binding for KCert client with ACME

As discussed in #49 attempting to add EAB account registration to KCert.

Does this work as ACME client only for Let's Encrypt or other CA's are/will be supported?

Was wondering if I can configure to use KCert for ZeroSSL using External Account Binding. Would be amazing if it can be!

Can we implement scaling on import?

Its an amazing addon, but I am having issues with size, units and scaling after import. Could you throw in some light or suggest any modification that would have consistency...
