Seems like I found the problem. Master is 40.alpha and pkgdatadir /usr/share/mutter-8. So at the end I got error: Directory not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/mutter-3.38.1-105.fc33.shrisha.x86_64/usr/lib64/mutter-7. It's not compatible with Gnome 3.38 anyway,...
